Christmas in the Park

On Wednesday 23^rd December, the last school day before Christmas, Christchurch students assembled at our local park for an afternoon of classic “Kiwi” outdoor games which was followed by prizegiving, pizza and juice. Students enjoyed, among others, the egg and spoon race, 3-legged race , sack race and break the balloon without using your hands . Exciting stuff! Christchurch staff kindly donated a basketful of gifts for one lucky student .A very special guest, Mother ( or Grandma!) Santa presented the prize to Ben from Mongolia, who is currently living in Japan .
